NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
the 18th Annual General Meeting of the Simplified Kundalini Yoga
Society will be held on SATURDAY, 25 JULY 2009 at 5:30 p.m.
at SRI RUTHRA KALIAMMAN TEMPLE (Library, Level 3), 100 Depot Road,
Singapore 109670.

To
confirm and adopt the Minutes of the 17th Annual General Meeting
held on 16th Aug 2008.

Matters arising out of the Minutes of the 17th Annual General
Meeting held on 16th Aug 2008.

To
receive and adopt the Report of the Executive Committee for the
period of July 2008 to June 2009
-
To
receive and adopt the Statement of Accounts for years of 2008
and 2009.

To
elect the Executive Committee for the period of 2009 to 2011.
-
To
elect 2 Internal Auditors to the Executive Committee for the
period of 2009 to 2011.
-
To
consider such other business of which at least one week notice
in written shall have been given to the Hon. Secretary.

Reminder:

All members are
requested to renew your
Annual
Membership subscription at any of our centre. All payments
must be made 1 week before the AGM. Members whose
subscription
has been paid by 18 July 2009 shall be entitled to attend the
Annual General Meeting and vote thereafter.

Members who want
to nominate new office bearers are requested to fill in the
Nomination Form. The
nomination form should reach the
Hon. Secretary before 18 July 2009.

Registration of
Members will commence at 5pm.

Members must
produce their Identity Card for verification of membership.

Light refreshment
will be served after the meeting.
